Party Crasher

I had a couple of my friends over one evening and Devon was standing outside with them. There was a party going on across the street and Devon looks over at it and says

"Yeah, I'm supposed to be at that party."

Okay... So, the boys were watching the Avatar cartoons & discussing the powers all of the characters have. Julien, my little hungry man, says "I have food bending powers!"

Missing Tooth

Julien lost a tooth. A lady asked him (trying to be funny lol)...

"How did you lose your front tooth? Did your brother punch you?"

Julien answered "No, he kicked me in the mouth and knocked it out."

Well, at least he's honest.

Keeping Secrets

Julien calls cigarettes... secrets.

Confused

Devon asked me why a friend of his is called "mixed".
He didn't understand the term so I explained that he was
half white and half black. This answer was good enough
for Devon, but Julien must have been thinking about it
for a while and suddenly decided...

"I think maybe he was on his side at the beach
and forgot to flip over when that side was tan." - Julien

lost in translation

I was explaining to Julien how He ate while he was in my tummy.
"Well, there is this really cool thing that gives you nutrients
and everything you need before you are born.
It is called the umbilical cord." - me

Devon interupts me with...
"Mommy, you mean the Ability Cord!"

Mooning

• Julien was staring at the moon. He says...

"Mommy, the moon is really full."

"Well, what do you think it is full of?" - me

• Julien thinks for a minute and still staring at the moon says...

"Butterflies"

Too young for "the talk"

• Julien and I were looking at a family photo and he started naming everyone in the photo.
• I then asked him...

"JuJu, where are you in this picture?"

"I'm not in this picture." - Julien

"Yes you are. You're in Mommy's tummy." - me

• Julien then has a very excited look on his face, laughs, and yells...

"Mommy ATE me!!!"
